Adrian completed 21 years of policing and retired early as a result of the choices he made in Real Estate Investing. He is now a full-time real estate investor and entrepreneur of multiple companies. His professional portfolio, built in less than a decade, is undeniable proof of his expertise, consisting of 83 investment properties or the equivalent of 442 units.  

He is the founder of Generational Wealth Inc., an investment company that raises capital through joint venture partnerships to purchase investment properties. He is the owner of Investors Edge Construction Management, a full-service construction company that focuses on multifamily conversions and renovations in the Hamilton area. 

He also manages a high-scale full-service property management company in the Hamilton area.   

His passion is helping others like him achieve generational wealth. He has created a proven model of success specifically to share with others through his “buy, renovate, and refinance” strategy. 

He also started his own popular podcast called the More to Life: Real Estate Investing Podcast.
